we receive your booking enquiry, you get a detail offer about
availability,
total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested

How do I know that reservation I made is confirmed?
When you have completed filled all information of the reservation
process, an instant on-screen confirmation will appear. It will
show your reservation details as well as your booking number.
We advise you to print it out. Within a couple of hours, you
will receive a confirmation email containing more information
such as the hotel’s contact details.
I had booked a hotel but I did not receive a confirmation
by email. What do I have to do?
The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email
is incorrect email address. please double check your email address
before finalising your reservation. We also have noticed that
in some cases our confirmation email may send in your spam folder.
If you didn’t receive your confirmation email after you have
made a booking, please send an email with your booking number
and details to help@R24.org or Call Reservation centre +66-7741-8528
Cancellation the Reservation?
If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as
possible by email or Fax. Deposits are usually non-refundable
unless other notice.
Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive
an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time
zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in
some cases.
Credit Cards and Payments
After the reservation confirmed by R24.org you will be asked
for the payments and deposit to secured your hotel room reservation.
The deposit is usually between 10-30%. The balance to
be paid either direct at the hotel or 2 weeks before arrival.
This depends on seasonal policies
by the hotels and all these details you will receive in our
email response.
Why does R24.org need my credit card details?
In general your credit card details are only required for payment
or deposit for hotel in case you do not arrive or cancel too
late. This might result in a no-show charge. You will pay for
your stay and confirmation.
What types of credit card can I use to make payment
and deposit the reservation?
MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted
I do not have a credit card. Can I still book a room?
Unfortunately all hotels require a credit card to guarantee
a reservation. We are not able to process any reservation without
a credit card.
For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt.
In case a balance payment is requested 2 weeks before arrival,
you will also receive an exchange voucher to be shown when check-in.
R24.org and other associated websites are only a provider for
information and communication and not responsible for any services
of the resort. Especially if the resort confirms with help of
R24.org, we pass it to you by email, but R24.org is never responsible
for a confirmation issued
by the hotel or their services.
